This is not a tutorial.
WeVidi works surprisingly well in the Vita's browser. It is able to playback videos in 480p, using the system native player. Increasing the resolution will return an error. The biggest weakness here is just the clumsy navigation on small screens, which is not exclusive to the Vita.
